I currently live in Houston, Texas with my husband of almost 5 years (woah, time has flown). Don't worry, I am not an obnoxious Texan with Texas Pride stapled to my forehead. My entire family is in Indiana and throughout the opposite side of the country. Instead of telling my story several times, I am hoping to update everyone with my blog. I have an adorable daughter named Kinley who will be a year old in January. I knew I always wanted to be a "stay at home mom," but when I held her for the first time . . . it was official. I quit my dream job of teaching first grade and decided to turn Kinley's playroom into my mini classroom in hopes that she will one day play school as I used to.
