Extreme Makeover: Little Tikes Edition

Ever since I saw a pin on Pinterest of the "Little Tikes Playhouse Makeover" I have been dying to do it myself. I purchased this used kitchen/playhouse on a neighborhood Facebook group for $30. It retails for a little over $100. I loved it but hated the color. After a few cans a spray paint and a lot of patience . . . . My husband and I redid it to match her playroom.

Here are the Before and After pics.

  1. Ok, that's it, you've absolutely inspired me to do this to our play set! How rockin' is this little kitchen?!?!?! Love!

    1. I am going to be honest . . . I don't think it is worth the time if it has a lot that opens/closes on it. It looks great and serves its purpose . . . but the more she opens the cabinets/oven/etc more paint chips off. It is perfect if you are on a budget and looking for something cheap and fun to do but I am not sure how long it will last. Hope this helps! Good luck!
